Our wines reflect the efforts of long months of caring for the land and the vineyards, selection and preparation. We hope we have achieved our purpose of filling each bottle of Valle del Botijas Wines with pure joy and satisfaction.

TINTO ROBLE 4 MONTHS

Harvested in October, from our Pesquera de Duero, Caserio de San Jose and Roa Vineyards, featuring a blend of Tempranillo, Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Alcoholic fermentation in maceration with its skins for 17 days, followed by malolactic fermentation for 25 days. Native yeasts obtained through the harvest of each vineyard. This Blend is Aged in Bordeaux French Oak barrels of medium toast for a period of 4 months resulting in a full body, potent, and well crafted wine.

TINTO CRIANZA 14 MONTHS

Harvested in October, from our Pesquera de Duero, Caserio de San Jose and Roa Vineyards, featuring a blend of Tempranillo, Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Alcoholic fermentation in maceration with its skins for 17 days, followed by malolactic fermentation for 25 days. Native yeasts obtained through the harvest of each vineyard. This Blend is Aged in Bordeaux French Oak barrels of medium toast for a period of 14 months resulting in a wonderfully well structured wine.

TINTO CRIANZA SPECIAL SELECTION

Harvested in October, from our Pesquera de Duero, Caserio de San Jose and Roa Vineyards, featuring a specially selected blend of Tempranillo, Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Alcoholic fermentation in maceration with its skins for 17 days, followed by malolactic fermentation for 25 days. Native yeasts obtained through the harvest of each vineyard. This Specially Selected Blend is Aged in Bordeaux French Oak barrels of medium toast for a period of 14 months resulting in a superb wine that will indulge your palate in ways you never expected.

EUGENIA ROSE

Harvested in October, from our vineyards in Valtiendas, Segovia. located at approximately 3000 feet above sea level.

Made out of a 100% Garnacha Grapes, these grapes go through an alcoholic fermentation macerated with its skins for hours. Native yeasts obtained through the harvest of each vineyard.

ANGELA VERDEJO

Harvested during the month of September from our century old vineyard “Mamen Moreno” located in Nava de la Asunción, Segovia, we obtain our Angela Verdejo wine, an exceptionally delicate, aromatic and fragrant wine. Our Angela Verdejo is made out 100% Verdejo Grapes

We are very proud of all our White Wines and specially of our Angela Verdejo. The elaboration of this pure, clean and seductive white wine was very difficult for our ancestors. Today, however, we understand how to treat and maintain this delicate grape to preserve its inherent characteristics and transform them into a unique, fresh and elegant wine.

TAMARA SAUVIGNON BLANC SPARKLING ANCESTRAL

A new challenge, a new surprise, Bodegas Valle del Botijas is very proud to introduce its sparkling Blanc de Blancs. Made out a 100% Sauvignon Blanc Grapes.

Continuing with our commitment to be Ecologically Conscious in all aspects of our wine production, our Tamara Sparkling Blanc de Blancs Wine allows the grapes to express itself. Without unnecessary additions.

Bubbles of joy, aromas of flavor and happiness will put a smile in your face with every sip, from start to finish.

VALLE DEL BOTIJAS SAUVIGNON BLANC

Like those spring walks along the riverbank with a fresh and still crisp breeze keeping you cool is our Valle del Botijas Sauvignon Blanc Wine. A new wine made out of a 100% Sauvignon Blanc Grapes for the lovers of beautiful things.

Ecologically maintained vineyard, keeping up with our commitment to bring the true essence of the grape to your table.

With transparent greenish reflections, tropical aromas, and a soft and a refreshing mild taste this wine will surprise you in more ways than one.

CABUGIN ULTRA PREMIUM BOTANICAL GIN AVAILABLE SOON

Introducing our “Ultra Premium” Gin. Based on a 100%  natural production process in which we highlight its triple distillation method.

With its fresh citrusy aromas, obtained from the separate botanical maceration of juniper, lime peel, and of course the grapes from our Nava de la Asunción vineyard, give Cabugin that special sensation that sets this Gin apart from the rest of its kind.

Serious and aromatic with tonic water. Soft and refreshing with lemon, are all options to savor this magnificent spirit. We truly believe that Cabugin will be the highlight of your summer party.

VINEYARD “MAMEN MORENO”

Our vineyard “Mamen Moreno” located  in Nava de la Asunción, Segovia, consists of century old vines of the Verdejo Varietal.  Covering approximately 2.5 acres and located at above 3000 feet above sea level.
The limestone and stony soil, creates a ” natural thermostat” effect, absorbing the day’s heat and releasing it gradually as the sun sets and temperatures start to cool down.
The fluctuation of temperatures during the year and between the different seasons in this area is important. This fluctuation gives a robust character to the plant and the fruit it produces. a quality we later enjoy in the glass.
This vineyard is tended and cared for manually. this Eco Friendly treatment  ensures and maintains our commitment to pay the greatest respect for the land and the vines.

VINEYARD PESQUERA DE DUERO

This vineyard is located in Pesquera de Duero, in the Valladolid province. Covering an area of approximately 5 acres.
This 100% Tempranillo Grape Varietal vineyard is ecologically farmed and it is the base for our Red Wines “Tintos” production.
Its location its ideal for the practice of ” Dry Farming” which environmental sustainability by increasing water conservation. making the vines more resilient to drought and climate changes and producing higher quality wines with more complex flavors and pronounced terroirs.
Farming and Caring  in this and all our vineyards follow our commitment to maximum care, respect, and no aggression towards the environment or the plants. For years we have entirely rule out the use of any commercial chemical products that could alter the inherent characteristics of our wines.
