Description
Harvest in October, from our vineyards in Caserio de San Jose, 100% Garnacha, vineyards at 940m altitude, alcoholic fermentation in maceration with their skins for hours. Native yeasts obtained through the harvest of each vineyard.
TASTING NOTE
Precious bright strawberry color, copper reflections, clean and transparent. Aromas of strawberry sweets, watermelon, fresh with hints of mint. Slow, unctuous tear. On the palate it is balanced, acidity and alcohol perfectly balanced, without edges, fresh and lively. More fruit as the temperature rises, but better chilled. long and persistent
GASTRONOMY
Versatile is the adjective that best defines the characteristics of this Rosé wine when it comes to enjoying it at the table. We could start from the appetizer with some canned cockles, it would even adapt to a good salting, anchovy, mojama. And to complete with any meat, seafood, or vegetable rice. Serve at 10-12ºC.
