GASTRONOMY
A white not to be missed with a non-spicy oriental meal, rice dishes, some cubed hake or battered cod go great, as well as, for an initial appetizer with some simple nuts. Serve at 10-12ºC.
TASTING NOTE
At sight it presents a very pale yellow color, letting out some golden-green reflection with a lot of shine, highlighting the present and wide glyceric line. On the nose it reveals a 100% Sauvignon Blanc, light tropical tones and a soft citrus presence. Minerality and very fruity, very personal characteristics that contribute to this vineyard. In the mouth we find a moderate acidity, slightly fatty, very fresh and its final bitterness invites us to a second glass.
